Mark Neužil is an emeritus professor of journalism at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, and a frequent writer and speaker on environmental issues. He has been a Fulbright Scholar at Charles University in Prague and a Distinguished Visiting Professor in Liberal Arts at the University of Minnesota-Morris, as well as director of the Rome Empower Program at the Bernardi Campus in Italy. He is vice-chair of the Board of Directors of the nonprofit group Sportsmen for the Boundary Waters.
